Finally, the boss of the unit. The boarboyz are taking more and more shape.
I'm a great fan of back banners, I honestly don't know why. Maybe it's because you do not see them all that often?
Besides, I like the idea of various mobs in the horde being from various tribes. This boss is the tribal chief and so stayed in charge of his boyz despite himself being bullied around by Zorgoth, the horde warboss.
Four more to go!

Orc boar boyz - grunt with spear #2
See, told you I persevere!
Like I told you already, the shields will come as the very last bit. For now I'd like to focus on the models themselves.
I love these models. They are so characterful and well-designed it's a true pleasure putting them together.

Agnieszka paints: Shaedra, female paladin, Reaper Miniatures
Another one from under my beloved's brush. This mini has been featured already as a WIP.
This time the mini itself is finished, now Agnieszka is working on the base. Obviously.
Tell us what you think!

Orc boar boyz - banner bearer
As far as my own projects go I'm still working on the orc army and the term "stuck" comes to mind more and more often.
I'm not a hundred percent sold on the banner, but I've never painted a tartan pattern before, so for the first time I think it's... let's say adequate.
I persevere with this unit and the end is in sight. Stay tuned.

Agnieszka paints: The Hobbit. EfGT Bombur the dwarf.
Thought the Miniworks were dead again?
Well, to be honest they were for almost a year. Again, real life reared it's ugly head and I honestly didn't have any material of satisfactory quality to show. But with some recent developments that changed and I proudly present Bombur the dwarf, painted by my very own girlfriend.
It's a true joy to see how hooked she became on the Hobbit franchise and miniature hobby as such. Expect more from her in the coming posts.
See you on Tuesday!
